HOW TO USE :

The SPF 30 protection is designed for dark or tanned skin. Apply to the face, body and hair 30 minutes before exposure to the Sun. Reapply every 2 hours and after every swim. Caution: too much Sun is dangerous for your health, so avoid the sun in the middle of the day
