Dry skin. 200ml.  A soft toner that gets rid of trace residue from milks and completes your cleansing and makeup removing routine.  More than just a simple toner, it is an "active water" which hydrates and gently reveals your skin's natural radiance.  It tones and leaves your skin clean and fresh.  Suitable for dry skin.

HOW TO USE :

After having cleansed your face, imbibe a cotton pad with the Biosource Softening Toner.  Smooth your face from the centre to the edges, without stretching your lines.  Repeat the application until completely clean.  Dry with a tissue, pressing down flat and gently with both hands.
